Delivery time
Deliveries within the peninsula are made within 24 to 72 business hours.
If you have selected payment by transfer, it will take a little longer to receive it, 2 to 3 days more, since transfers usually take 2 to 3 days to reach us. If you have made a direct deposit into an account, the delivery time ranges between 24 and 72 business hours.
Returns
If you want to make a return once you have received your order, it is very easy. Send us an email to info@renesisessential.com and we will tell you how to proceed.
A return form (or another document such as a copy of the order...) must accompany the package you send us.
Once we receive the products and verify that they are unused, sealed, in good condition and that the QR Code of the products are the ones we sent you, we will make the payment in the payment method used.
- Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
