General Terms

To make a purchase, prior registration as a user is required, and for this, you must accept, without reservation, these General Terms and Conditions. Ignorance or unawareness of the General Terms does not exempt any Customer from compliance. Registration is completely FREE and is offered as a Service Provision. The website of “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” is exclusively intended for adults, and contracting by minors is not permitted. We expressly request that parents or legal guardians take appropriate measures to prevent minors from registering and making purchases.

By these terms, the Customer authorizes the inclusion of their personal data in the processing carried out by “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” within the framework of the daily management of the company, its legal and commercial relationships, and particularly the execution of the requested service.

Username and Password

Acceptance of these General Terms implies that the Customer is responsible for managing their account access and password, which grant access to the website of “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” www.renesisessentialparts.com. These Terms apply in accordance with distance selling regulations, consumer and user legislation, and e-commerce regulations.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password to access the content of the website www.renesisessentialparts.com, and is also solely responsible for all activities that occur under their User or Account. The Customer agrees to immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach. “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss of the account or its unauthorized use by the account holder.

Any person acting using the access credentials of a Customer of “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.”, whether a collaborator, agent, etc., will be considered a representative of the Customer and with sufficient authority to act as such and bind them.

Specific Conditions

“RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” reserves the right to modify its price list and offers without prior notice, and orders will be accepted subject to possible price modifications if typographical or other errors are detected.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the price does not include transportation, handling, taxes, or other additional fees or charges. These costs will be borne by the Customer.

The estimated delivery times for the material are merely indicative and not binding for “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.”.

Transportation

Contracting any service or product implies consent for your personal data to be provided to the transport company engaged by “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” at the time.

The risk of loss and/or damage during the transport of the contracted goods transfers responsibility to the transport company.

It is an essential condition that, upon receipt of the goods, any incidents related to the condition of the goods, packaging, number of packages, or any other information indicative of anomalies in the shipment be noted on the delivery note signed for the carrier. It is essential to report such incidents to “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” via email within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the material to take necessary action.

Delivery Acceptance and Deadlines

The user must be available to accept delivery on the agreed date, as the standard courier service will only attempt delivery up to 2 times. After these attempts, the package will remain at the courier company for 7 days. If the User does not collect the package within this period, it will be returned to us, with the User bearing the cost. If the delivery is rejected or returned due to an incorrect address, the User will bear the costs. If the package is not claimed within this period, the order will be canceled, and the right to a refund of the corresponding amount will be voided.

To provide our services in the best possible way, “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” will strive to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. The product delivery time will depend on the destination location or country. Once the contract is processed, an estimated delivery time will be provided.

Payment

All prices include VAT. VAT is calculated based on the final value of your order, in Euros, and at the applicable rate at the time of the order (currently 21% in Spain).

Payment is made through our provider’s payment platform (currently debit/credit card, bank transfer, Bizum, or PayPal) at the time of placing your order and upon its approval by us. At that moment, the full payment will be charged, and the contract will take effect. The platform managing credit or debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) is Comercia Global Payments by CaixaBank.

The user undertakes to ensure that all details provided for the delivery of their order are correct, and that the chosen payment method belongs to them and has sufficient funds or credit to cover the total order cost.

Payment for all products is processed through an external payment service provider. The user must provide their payment details to this provider and may also need to accept the legal terms and conditions related to the use of that service. We assume no responsibility arising from or in connection with the use of this external payment provider.

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer, upon receipt of the Product, will have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal or revocation against “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” in accordance with the distance selling regulations set out in the Retail Trade Regulation Law. After this period, the products will be considered compliant and accepted by the Customer without the possibility of claims. The right must be exercised formally, preferably by email. Upon receiving this information, “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” reserves the right to authorize or deny the requested return depending on the condition of the product and, where applicable, its warranty. The return of the Product will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

The Customer returns the Product unopened and in the same condition as it was delivered, i.e., in its original packaging and without any inscriptions by the Customer.
The return label clearly displays the return number obtained from the Customer Service Department (never on the packaging).

If, upon receipt, it is found that the product does not meet the explained requirements, it will be returned to the Customer at their expense. The Customer, upon acceptance of the Product, will have a period of 14 days to send any claims regarding invoices to “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” by email or certified mail.

Warranty

As an intermediary, the warranty covering the Product delivered to the Customer is limited to that provided by the manufacturer. This warranty only covers physical imperfections of the material support. The involvement of “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” is limited solely to processing the simple replacement of defective parts, provided the manufacturer’s warranty includes such a measure.

Liabilities

“RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property unrelated to the product, loss of profit, damages resulting from or arising from deterioration, or loss of data recorded by the user. Return shipping costs for defective products within the warranty period are at the Customer’s expense, as the manufacturer does not include shipping costs in the warranty.

If the Customer proves the existence of a breach or defective performance of the Contract attributable to “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.”, it is expressly agreed that its liability will be limited to refunding the amount paid by the Customer and accepting the return of the product due to the breach, with the parties establishing the optional possibility for “RENESIS ESSENTIAL PARTS, S.C.P.” to send the contracted product in a second shipment, and in case of impossibility, the sales contract will be deemed terminated.

Legislation and Jurisdiction

The applicable law to these general terms of sale, as well as to any dispute related to this contract, will be Spanish law. Any dispute arising from this contract will be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.

These terms encompass the content of the E-Commerce Law, the Retail Trade Law, and the Royal Decree on telephone and electronic contracting, among other related provisions.
